Which SWer would u call for help if u were kidnapped?

I think they give you one phone call if you’re arrested…..but I don’t think they do that if you’re kidnapped. A kidnapper with any intelligence would have taken the victim’s phone away (not that I’m trying to write a kidnapper’s handbook or anything).
