Do you ever wonder?

Who first started saying "booooo" at sports events? I remember how normal it seemed when I was younger but nowadays I always think about this whenever I hear the crowd say "booo". I know it means the audience didn't like something but I'm talking about the very first guy who just decided to stand up one day and say "booooo". It must've looked funny to see one guy saying "booooo" while everyone stared at him all confused.
