Anyone else who plays a sport have something they always have on them during?

Odd question I know but I was curious if anyone else has a thing they wear use or have with them when they play or do their sport?
Me I have a orangey gold ribbon my Gran gave me that I wear in my hair in a bow when I play football. it's not for luck it's like a motivator like she's there with me supporting me. I lost her when I was 15 so now it has become a precious memento of her.
