Had a brief peachy period as a middle-distance runner for an athletic club in my mid teens.

The number of things you do in your youth that should probably have disabled us or at least left us with broken joints; limbs; brain injury or worse 🙄 And yet here we are alive to tell the tale

And they teach kids to play this from about 9-10 years old !
