Why is American Football so much worse than real football?

Big men in plastic tights run into each other in ten second bursts. Mega complex rules and sixty people on the bench. Who would invent a sport like that? ;-)

American football is violent chess. It is my favorite sport.I have looked at soccer but it seems they run up and down . I don't see the point. I know when you are brought up in the sport it is different
