I'm a Coach

When you're preparing for a tournament and the logistics and the roster hassles start getting you down, it's easy to forget how worth it, it all will be in the end.

The time on the rink before games.
The hanging around between games.
The combined efforts during the games.
The smiles, and laughter.
The new friendships.

I'm proud to be a coach, and I'm grateful for the memories.
I'm happy all the kids had fun and are already asking when the next one will be.

Guess I better get back to logistics and roster hassles.....
