Older v Younger

Strange as it sounds because its arm wrestling, experience is going to count .

So with a lil bit of a struggle the older woman may win.

Its something like an older runner who has the experience of participating in many a sucessful Marathon .

Endurance is a skill well learned.

Where has the younger one. May be relying mostly on her initial strength.

When quite suddenly she experiences ' burnout'

I would say the younger woman. I'm 29 and a I got taken down by a 19 year old pretty easily.

I think the older woman struggles to win.
