@RodionRomanovitch The politics of this absolutely matters but so does the three (six?) points.

Its such a strong league this season. We haven't even played that badly and we are in the bottom three.

@Burnley123 You'll be alright.

@RodionRomanovitch I think it's 50/50.

Try to pick five teams to go down and see how hard it is.

@Burnley123 Norwich are doomed. If Newcastle don't start getting some wins on the board before January they've had it too. I'd go with Watford or Brentford as most likely to join them.

@RodionRomanovitch Watford have some good players and are a different team under Ranieri. Brentford are losing steam but are still getting home wins.

Norwich is the weakest team but Dean Smith seems to have got more out of them so now have a chance again.

Newcastle have a crap squad and I don't think Howe is a good appointment. It's possible he could succeed but I'd say probably not. The Bournemouth team he was relegated with was more talente and they don't have players to fit his style. They will obviously spend in January but it's hard to find well motivated and talented players to join a relegation battle. Their chances are 50/50, like Burnley.

Other than those: Leeds and Southampton each has a small chance of being bottom three.

@RodionRomanovitch I mean it when I say it's a strong league.

Bayern is the only non Prem team to be on the level of the top three and there are fifteen teams who would be top half in Italy, Germany or Spain.

Covid has strengthened the Premiership because the TV deal meant the loss of crowds mattered much less.

@Burnley123 It's gonna be a nailbiter , both top and bottom of the PL this year.

@RodionRomanovitch Its a three horse race for the title and about a seven horse race for fourth.
