Who will be in Premiership top four this season?

Before the start, I would have said Man United and Chelsea were bolted on to join Liverpool and City. Trouble is, neither of the former two can defend. Leicester have been the second best team in the league so far. Arsenal and Tottenham both look decent and Everton have improved massively.
