@BridgeOvertroubledWaters Pretty much there. Beat them on Sunday and we're 16 points ahead. Close to a 4th treble in a row as well with them out the cup. The decent run in the Europa League isn't enough for Gerrard to be considered successful. Wouldn't be surprised if he leaves this year. Weirdly the English media will say he did great because of the Europa League and ignore that he's won fuck all. If our league is so easy as these idiots make out then surely Gerrard should be embarrassed because he's a failure.

On the other hand , that's one of the evils of modern football. If a manager doesn't supply results straight away he's out.
