I was a member of L A Fitness in Florida while caring for my mom. One of my PTs was a champion weight lifted. She was amazing.
There is a 20 yr old in my church that can dead weight 400+ and bench press 500. He tore a National Geographic magazine at the middle!
The Gym membership didn't work out. Several years later now and I couldn't fir into my Sunday outfit. I am alone so self discipline is non existent with me. I wish I had someone.
