@monte3 Not really. Their income has improved because the success they've had has brought more fans but nowhere near enough to fund a superstar level team, especially without champions league money. If this goes through, they will lose players.

@Burnley123 I did find something from The Guardian, it was a couple of years old but they already made mention of the than investigation. It is also interesting how much more the two Manchester teams spend on salaries than everyone else.
