I think it's still New Zealand's to lose. Even without Brodie Retalic for the group stage, they have the best team. Their wobble in the rugby Championship came at the right time for them to recalibrate.
They meet a newly improved Boks team in their first game and that will be a real game.
Wales and Ireland are doing well but does either have the belief or big game mentality to win the final? Australia have a strong history but look as weak as they ever have done. They did get a win againts the All Blacks last month so you never know. I could see them beating one big team but then collapsing the following week. Scotland and Argentina look like decent dark horses and the host nation could pull a surprise.
As for England? Eddie Jones has a record of doing well in World Cup. I don't think we will win but could get to a semi or final.
