@Synyster I will say that I don't think he should be playing while there is an ongoing investigation.

@JaggedLittlePill The cops aren't investigating it. just the NFL.

@Synyster There is an active case against him for sexual assault. The NFL should not allow him to play while they do their investigation nor while he is in the middle of a case against him for sexual assault.

@JaggedLittlePill What happens if he's not guilty? That could ruin his career. I think the NFL did the right thing, and if he's guilty then charge him and boot him from the league.

It isn't the fault if the NFL that he is being accused and a lawsuit against him for sexual assault. That is his problem.

In any job ..if you are accused of a crime you can't expect that they wont sack you for it or at the very least put you on leave until the verdict comes through.

@JaggedLittlePill First hand it's not criminal. As well, you can't suspended a player for months and then say oh, he's not guilty, he can now play. If he can't play he can't practice, time off the field can ruin his career.
