Is it common for our own eating habit to change after incorporating cardio exercise into our daily routine?

I recently started to do a workout routine from these workout cards I found online.
I tried one set at first because that's all my body could take on the first day, and I felt like my diet is changing because of it.
I mean at first it's just like wanting to rest and drink more water because of sweating and dehydration...but I realized that my eating habit is changing slowly.

Before I started doing it, I just sorta eat a lot and maybe a bit of exercise...but no actual cardio.

I've definitely found the same thing in my own life too haha. I'm trying to lose some steroid weight at this point (the medical kind, not the cortico kind 😅) and get my legs strengthened back up to some semblance of okay anyway. The more I work out, the more I find myself just eating until I'm full and then saving the rest for later. It tends to be much healthier as well. :)

@thepreposterouspanda Do you do a specific workout. I found out that there are so many online, so it became like a personal preference to me about which one I would do.

@Greenmantree44 Not yet, no. Mostly a lot of weightlifting and biking though! I'm a bit limited as to what I can do, thanks to being disabled, but I'm figuring it out. :D

@energie Cool!
I mean I have never done an actual workout by myself where I actually wanted to do it. Since yesterday, I could do two sets instead of it. It feels like I am more thirsty and like my body is craving for different food than before.

Yeah because you're adapting to the amount of calories you use.
