Do you think exercising for over 2 hours, 4 or 5 times a week is too much?

I'm used to do exercises for a little over two hours per session from monday to thursday and saturdays / sunday (just one of those two days)
Too much? 🤔🤸‍♂️

I always wonder what people do in the gym for two hours. I workout 4-5 days a week. Monday chest and abs 1 hour, Tuesday Biceps & legs 1 hour give or take. Wednesday off, Thursday Shoulders and abs 1 hour and 15 minutes. Friday off. Saturday Triceps and Back and Sunday (not always) Cardio and abs.

You need to rest (days off) to recuperate and gain mass/muscles. You build when your body rests.

I see a guy working his biceps three times a week for a year and has nothing to show.
