Do you think exercising for over 2 hours, 4 or 5 times a week is too much?

I'm used to do exercises for a little over two hours per session from monday to thursday and saturdays / sunday (just one of those two days)
Too much? 🤔🤸‍♂️

Depends on your objectives, are you body building or amping for fat lose? Maybe training for endurance?
