Do you think exercising for over 2 hours, 4 or 5 times a week is too much?

I'm used to do exercises for a little over two hours per session from monday to thursday and saturdays / sunday (just one of those two days)
Too much? 🤔🤸‍♂️

Yes, but I'm stuck on a similar routine. As long as it's not getting I the way of other life obligations then I think you are safe foing it. You can take one of those days and just go on an hour or two run in the morning instead of hitting the gym.

@Lostpoet I think I'm stuck ( since over two months) I don't go to the gym I have my own equipment in the garage. I was a little overweight 8 months ago... Now I just need to burn less than a kilo or fat And I can't, damn!!

@MrGomco it might just be our age man it's hard to stay the same weight. If you want to lose weight then just going for a run a couple times a week should do it.

@Lostpoet I run 4 or 5 times a week for about 50 minutes, eating right, no sugar, low fat... Something is wrong. 🤔

@MrGomco I think you should think in terms of your BMI and not your weight. You could be just gaining extra muscle. A little fat is good for you dude.

@tallpowerhouseblonde what do you think?

@Lostpoet you are right, well I think I have enough muscle, but I want to loose about one or two pounds on my waist, that's all.
