You probably already know that you don't need to do this much exercise for good health. However, if you are committed to body building or supporting a competitive athletic skill.....it may just be the minimum. You really want good advice? Go to a sports trainer with a degree in exercise physiology.

@lily88mercy I train for health And to avoid anxiety... But now I think i'm stuck, not gaining muscle, not burning that pound of fat I need to loose
