Depends on the "exercises" that are done. There are different types and levels of fitness, and their impact on your body depends on your desired end result.

@MrGomco what is the desired result? Do you need the endurance from 50 mins of cardio or are you trying to lose weight? Are you trying to build muscle or maintain tone? Are you stretching as part of your routine?

@easterniowegin I'm just trying to mantain tone... To he honest I'm not stretching, I think that is part of the problem... What do you suggest?

@MrGomco 20-30 mins of cardio is typically sufficient, if you aren't training for something specific. Then maybe if you incorporate some stretching after your workout, after you're warm, you can minimize lactic acid, increase flexibility, and improve range of motion in your joints.
