Probably. But then Italy and Spain are largely broke so it shows how there's massive investment in The Premiership unlike other places.

@Picklebobble2 I think we still underachieved considering the Prem has the most money but I think at the moment the Prem is the best.

Italy only have Juventus, the best two German teams lost to English sides and Real Madrid are a mess.

@Burnley123 Yep. And as this 'Economic slowdown' continues, it'll be interesting to see how it all falls out.
Spain and Italy and Germany on the decline, England about to leave the EU......Could get interesting.
