How do you feel about athletes not standing for the National Anthem
I'm okay with it for pro sports leagues. I am against it if you are on a United States national team. Representing a team and your country are different to me.

I support it and the reason they're doing it. I think it's ridiculous that people think something as benign as not standing (non-violent, doesn't desecrate the flag or interrupt the national anthem) is "unpatriotic" while discrimination still exists. Why have a First Amendment, then ? what were the soldiers fighting for ?

@Tabatha: It's still early days yet. But I'm looking at the fact that it's being discussed and more and more people (sometimes from surprising quarters) are announcing that they're on board.
