Barry Sanders. The man had the worst offensive line in NFL history covering for him, and he still met Emmit Smith (who had one of the best offensive lines at the time) yard for yard.
@PrivateHell yea I think if Barry had not retired so early he could have broke the all time rushing record
@ExperienceDLT he had no choice. Detroit wasn't going to trade him, and he couldn't keep carrying the team by himself.
@PrivateHell I know it sucked bad Detroit teams held both him and Calvin Johnson back big time forced them both into early retirement
@PrivateHell can you imagine if Barry and Emmitt had swapped teams how many yards Sanders may have gotten behind the Cowboys O-line sheesh
@ExperienceDLT it would have been an unbeatable record.
@PrivateHell yea most likely he could have set a very high bar that's for sure I am a Cowboys fan actually I could only dream what he could have done if he played for the Cowboys instead
@ExperienceDLT I don't even watch football anymore, but I lived in Dallas during the Aikman/Emmit days, and hated the Cowboys. It was pure hell living there when they won back to back Super Bowls. Lol
@PrivateHell I appologize lol
@PrivateHell I'm like that toward the Steelers and 49ers they made my Boys lives a living hell lol
