Are you good at any sports?
I played soccer in high school and college ⚽️. I still play it with the fam when the weather is nice.

I was OK at rugby... Played County level at school but I found the step up to club level too hard and stopped in my early 20s. I then took up long distance swimming 5k and above I enjoyed that for many years until health issues forced me to stop
