American's was the superbowl really that bad?

I've stayed up to watch it before but not this time. A few reports here said it was the worst Superbowl anyone can remember. Is this true and why do you think that is?

It was for anyone who can only be "entertained". 馃榿

This was a great example of a true Super Bowl chess match....but it was purely a game between the student and the master. McVay acknowledged it.

Belichick shut down Goff and one of the premiere offenses in the country. This was purely a tactical game of adjustment and strategy. Goff was pressured on 16 of his 38 dropbacks, per ESPN Stats & Info, and went 3-for-12 with and an interception and four sacks when feeling the heat. New England held Goff to 229 yards and a 57.9 passer rating, while holding the Rams to 3.4 yards per carry. The Rams ran zero plays in the red zone and 45 percent of their plays went for zero or negative yards. LA joined the 1971 Miami Dolphins as the only other team to not score a touchdown in the Super Bowl.

The whiners are the type of fan who need lots of flash and spectacle----they hated this game because......
A. they're shallow
and
B. they only see the obvious.
