Should Women Have to Blend In? #SarahThomas #NFL

Good morning ☀️ woke up in a great mood and excited for the day 🐶 also I just read an article about Sarah Thomas who will be making history as being the first woman to officiate NFL playoff game 🏈 look at us females go!!! She stated that she tucks her ponytail in to blend in as the other officials. I don’t know how I feel about that. I’d never hide my curls to do such, letting others know there’s a woman out on the field doing her thing is great. At the end of the day I’m proud of her!! It’s all love

What do you all think? Should woman have to make themselves blend in with men? Should they stand out and let others know women can do it too?

I was pretty psyched about it too when I heard it. I don't think women should blend in with men. We should be loud and proud because we're capable of doing their jobs blindfolded!

@SW-User "their" jobs? what is "their" jobs? Are we not all equal by now? I don't know what women's work was, but I know what it isn't today, and I don't think it's any different when it comes to men, and so called "men's work". These are terms that should probably have been abolished with slavery.
