What was the sporting highlight of 2018 for you?

@GlassDog if you beat city on Thursday think you will win premiership, one of best games I have been to was palace v Liverpool semi final f.a.cup at villa park 1990

@Nyloncapes Yeah. The 4-3? We were making a habit of getting 4-3 results that kept swinging back and to. One of the ones against Newcastle is, I think, the best game I've ever seen. Sadly only on TV.

If we beat Arsenal and then also beat City, I'll start thinking we might win it. Very possible we could lose both, though.

@GlassDog yes tough games, but think you will win both, the way your playing, spurs are playing well at the moment

@Nyloncapes My scousemates and I don't really rate the way we are playing, but we're chiselling out those results and we look like we have options in midfield for once. I think your lot could stamp up the table too if you can get someone to play alongside or assist Zaha.

@GlassDog palace fans have known it for 3 years we need a top striker, wasted millions on unproven strikers, if we can see it why the board and manager not doing anything, think you made 2 top singnings in van Dyke, and goalkeeper, money well spent

@Nyloncapes We've often had a decent defence or a decent attack, just never at the same time. It does kind of feel like we've got that now, for once.

Not really seen either of our teams linked with any credible transfers yet.

@Nyloncapes We could probably limp on without one of them and play Shaqiri up front, but Origi and Solanke are not good enough yet.
