How about you?

I'm a runner. Run to "reset" the brain and body, to deal with anxiety. Focus on that place of inner strength and greater clarity, so you stay calm and confident even in the midst of challenges.

@SW-User My normal run in almost exactly 5K ... been doing more for the last week or so ... my friend signed me up for a 10K in two weeks !!!
