Girls doing well in traditionally male sports, how do guys react to you being as good as them?

That and it's a pet peeve.. society doesn't generally refer to grown men as boys, or reduce them to their biological role in procreation (male) *rant rant grumble grumble*

Ah yes the language of misogyny! I like when some men insult a women, they sexualizes it, like "you stupid cunt" or you "slut". Why the sex with the insult. I know in the UK calling people a cunt is different but I'm talking American guys. The same guy would call me an asshole or idiot. @Salix75

@JimboSaturn and when men insult each other by 'reducing' them to women (the standard military way of referring to recruits as girls/ ladies), calling men they perceive to be as week as pussies... siiiigh

Another of my favourites. When a woman is a virgin, she is "pure" but when she has sex, she has "lost her virginity". When a man has sex for the first time, he has "become a man". Woman loses something and men gain something. @Salix75

@JimboSaturn YES! OMG don't get me started lol! and we seem to be worth so much less once we aren't virgins. we somehow leap immediately into being whore, sluts, etc. talk about your double-freaking-standards
