yeeeeeeeeeeeeees, i like the new kind where they stand still for like 10 minutes but the can hit somethign like 300 meters away in the perfect spot but there also some other guys with older bows who can fire 2 arrows per minute, not that far but hit everything closeby :)

At the battle of Cressy in the 14th century the English archers 900 approx. were shooting 4 arrows a minute each.
The first 10,000 French heavy cavalry, never made it to the English front line.
It was a massacre.
