How many push-ups can you do?

Good question for me to check out someday. For now I keep to a routine for the morning:

- 20 military push ups (the hands and elbows closer to the body than the standard pushup) 3 count down; 3 count hold; 3 count down
- 20 burpees
- 10 squats done slowly; alternate with one leg squats
- 10 lunges both legs
- 10 pullups (palms facing you or underhand) 5 count up; 5 count hold and 5 down
- 10 chinups (back of hands facing you or overhand) 5 count up/hold/down
- 5 mile run (military 8 minute mile minimum)

What is important for strength training is keeping a steady count and not rushing.
