Should Eddie Jones Be Sacked As England Rugby Union Manager?

(Note, this is not a dig as I am a Welsh man).

After England finished in a very disappointing and concerning fifth place in this year's Six Nations, should their coach Eddie Jones be sacked?

Eddie Jones has overseen a resurgence in England's form, since 2015 and their failure to qualify for the knock-out stages of the Rugby World Cup, and indeed they have won two Grand Slams in a row under his leadership.

However, with Eddie Jones apparently going 'off the rails' off the field, and with the England squad finishing below every team bar Italy, is he living on past glories and is it time for a change at the top?

No, I think he should be at least given the chance to regroup, I had a feeling he might make a few switches for the match against Ireland... He made a few changes early on for the six nations, I think France and England were a bit more experimental than Ireland which probably cost them both. But I feel it will benefit them come the World Cup... It's still about 18 months away and I think there is plenty of time for them both to improve
