Are EPL teams the best in European football?

Spurs beating Real Madrid and Man City beating Napoli away. English teams are now getting good results against European super-powers for the first time in years. Athletico, Napoli and Dortmund are set for the Europa League because of English performances. Not sure we will get a winner but we could.
