The purpose of our spirits

SANTORINO
(December 16, 1966)

“Concerning the spirits of the living beings, or souls, as they
are called. The Almighty gave His spirit to Adam and Eve. They
were the first people, as related in the Holy Scriptures. Let's not
argue with your Holy Scriptures. Because of their simplicity, they
are useful to us in the carrying out of our intentions.
“Sons and daughters were born to Adam and Eve. Adam's
spirit divided himself into sons, and Eve's spirit into daughters.
After Adam's death, his spirit returned to Heaven, and so did Eve's
spirit, yet the parts of their spirits that had split off continued to
live on Earth and divide again. Thus, the spirit of Adam and Eve
still live within you, and they live in all people, but they are no
longer entirely the spirits of Adam and Eve. They have transformed over time, just as living matter transforms.
“As you can see, by living together with the bodies for hun
dreds of thousands of years, the current spirits have become entirely different spirits than the spirits of Adam and Eve. Since the spirit passes from the father's body into the son's body, and the mother's
spirit into the daughter's body, the same spirit continues to live
together with the bodies, which also transform under the uninterrupted guidance of the very same spirit.

What then take place? The spirit of Adam's son after leaving his body, meets in Heaven
with the spirit of Adam, the father. Two of Adam's spirits meet each
other, but while being one and the same, they are somewhat different already. They receive new tasks which depend on the abilities they have demonstrated during the time of incarnation on Earth.”
(Mezins1992, pp. 354-355)

What this revelation shows, then, is that our spirits have
evolved along with our bodies, that the first process of evolution
came as a result of the spirit being incarnated into a species of animal. This species of animal was not the familiar human that resides on our planet today; in fact, this revelation asserts that both
the spirit and body have evolved simultaneously. I believe that
man's definition of spirituality does not entail the aspects of eternity, purpose, and the reason for the existence of human beings.

Religious leaders ask mankind to do good in order to reach a state
of harmony with God, thereby providing man with a chance to be
rewarded with eternal life upon or after death, but for what reason?
Scientists understand the logic of infinity or eternity and perhaps
see the body and brain as the perpetuation of human existence. But
can human beings' lives be perpetual or eternally based on the
brain and its functions alone?
** The spirit is a manifestation of the Almighty's spirit, and its
purpose is to help matter reach the level of understanding the
spirit world. ** By reaching the level of the spirit world, matter can then
begin to reach a level of perfection and divinity. Matter and
spirit can work cooperatively together to help in the
further formation and ruling of the universe with the Creator.

Buddy, what you said above, sure doesn't come from the Holy Scriptures. Nothing but false teaching.

Adam and Eve were not the first humans, but were the first to communicate with a the Hebrew deity in ancient Mesopotamia.
