I feel spirit around me

So for a few weeks now I been smelling a dirty ashtray and I know that means there’s a spirit around me and some nights the smell is so strong it wakes me up.

On Sunday I was sitting watching tv and I can see into my hallway where I was sitting and I see someone walk past several times and then I see an outline of a person standing there.

And yesterday I had just got out the shower and was brushing my teeth and thought my son had rushed in behind me to make me jump like he normally does and when I looked into the mirror there was no one there.

So I spoke to a medium last night and she confirmed I do have a lady around me and she is with me because my energy has been low which is correct and she said I needed to start slowing down so that means less partying and no drinking lol 😂🤦‍♀️.

Maybe after my birthday week I will slow down maybe lol 😂

I have smelled that dirty ashtray smell, it was strong one time. No one smokes in this house. I kept smelling it. That day my neighbor died. I don’t know if there was a link or not. Sometimes I’ll smell other odors and think it’s some type of phantom odor.

@WaryWitchWandering This is strange but it happened after my cat died. I was grieving all week long and on Saturday I walked into my bedroom from another room and smelled the most beautiful floral aroma like a huge bouquet of flowers. I was alone in the house and didn’t spray anything and this smell just happened. Then it occurred to me that my cat loved flowers. When I lived in an apartment I put a row of concrete blocks along my patio and planted flowers in them, and then got flowerpots and planted flowers. Each spring when I planted the flowers she would have a little fit begging to go outside as soon as I came home from work. And every single time she would go down the row and stick her face into ever bloom and smell it and then to the flowers in the flower pots. I plant a huge red amaryllis bulb in the winter and she was looking at the flower and I asked her if she wanted to smell it. Held her up and she stuck her entire face into the middle of the flower to breathe in the fragrance.

Yeah it’s normally if that person is a smoker so most probably a neighbour just letting you know they was ok :) @cherokeepatti

@Spiritualangel777 It was the little German woman who lived behind me. She didn’t smoke, had dementia and never returned home from the hospital.
