Amen, it does take the prompting of the Holy Spirit, and a lot of effort depending on how deep the wounds are. But if we chose to forgive 70 times 7 times ( A DAY) It becomes easier until it fades away! Knowing that God forgives us, in turn we should forgive others... Forgiveness becomes like second nature to you. A part of who you are. A sweet virtue!
