I Believe In God

These past few days I've really been looking to god for strength. My ex passed away she has played a huge part in my life for 7 years. However the last conversation we had was a fight. I told her she was a waste of time. I didn't mean what I said I was upset but I can't believe that is her last memory of me. I wanted to say sorry but was to hard headed. Now she's gone, I've spoken to god more these past four days then I probably have in months. Just for the strength to be able to wake up and go to work. Thank you god for all you have done.

Thank you for posting this. If my wife were to die suddenly, I probably would be filled with guilt about the things that are still unresolved between us. Your post is a reminder that I needed to hear. Please be gentle with yourself, and may you experience God's love and grace.
