they know i have carpal tunnel and suggested rubbing the wound anyway.the nurses on phone said to rub the frost nip from improper instructions the last nurse on the phone gave me. asked would it hurt me they said no. they said to clarify do it gently to warm it up. thats not what theys said at first.
