@Ceinwyn i am thinking that this is being shown to us every day on the news. Will 2034 be the end? The bad tv show i just tried to watch said 2037...so maybe... since i was a kid i dreamt of a catastrophic event in 2034. but i could have gotten that from all those Kreskin types on tv and the Enquirer.

@LILY61 No. To me a god is a perfect being that can only do everything perfectly. So there would be no need to change anything since everything would be perfect from the beginning.

@Renaci but if we were made in God's image, we are certainly imperfect...so therefore he is imperfect. when they write about gods in literature they are never perfect. i don't believe in gods but if one made this retched world...he is most definitely not perfect.

@caesar7 i would get rid of all weapons, all illness. we would all be allowed one child and each person would be born next to and live and die with the love of our life. There would be no homeless and there would only be a million people on the planet at a time. We would each have our assigned jobs. There would be no drugs or alcohol or cigarettes. everyone would be overly educated and read and learn at all times. And no bad tv or movies would ever be released. and false advertising would be unheard of.

@LILY61 I love and agree on the population idea. We are overpopulated as it is....I have one child in reality and I worry about the kind of world he will inherit after my generation dies off. We need to wake up to this real crisis!!!
