The Book of Ecclesiastes

My favourite part of the Bible, because the author of it (believed to be none other than King Solomon himself) confronts some rather uncomfortable truths that most people would just rather ignore. Within the book he is honest, direct and not afraid to say what needs to be said, and it's unfortunate that most Christians tend to ignore this book entirely when forming their theology.

Yes, it is one of the many treasures of the Bible. Which is a collection of books. Those who seek (or worse, think they have found) an overall theology in it turn a [i]Living Word [/i] into a dead set of words.
