Believing that mankind was created "in His image", is nothing but conceit that nothing justifies. God, if such exists, is so far above and beyond what anyone can imagine that we may as well not even try!

@Bellatrix2083 Todays ancient prayer or collect reflects on His pity ( graciousness) and mercy, rather than His power. That, with his goodness ,is his image.
