Yes i believe in god but people like Jehovah's witnesses trying to ram religion down my throat really annoys me

Everybody does what they think is right. They believe they are trying to save your soul. While I disagree with them deeply, I wish them love. We all deserve love.

@DarkHeaven well said. I guess i should have pity on them seeing as theyre consantly living in fear from god
@Mysterion619 it’s a pretty intense faith, from what I’ve been told. I wish them peace, love, and compassion. Then I give it up to god. All I can do.

Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:

where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;

where there is doubt, faith;

where there is despair, hope;

where there is darkness, light;

where there is sadness, joy.

O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console,

to be understood as to understand,

to be loved as to love.

For it is in giving that we receive,

it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
Amen. 🖤🙏

I have encountered 7 day Adventists at my door and Mormons too.. I had a good theological discussion with the Adventists.. The older guy was a convert from the catholic religion.. Since i converted from the catholic religion when i became a Christian.. I was able to have a good go at him.. He had his son or a younger guy with him i could feel how uncomfortable the young guy was.. The young guy was not an enthusiastic Adventist.. He was just going through the motions.. I am sure i shook the old guys trust in Adventism because he did not return and no other Adventists returned to my door..

The mormons where just stock standard mormons.. They trusted in the authority of their human elders, they where not theologian types.. they where just trying to earn points with their god.. I remember getting a special warning from God a few moments before they knocked on the door.. It was a real God intervening moment.. 😊

The Christian Nationalists are the real danger nowadays. I saw part of a broadcast the other day, with a woman saying that public schools need to start educating children so the courts can demand a “biblical “ examination for anyone seeking U.S. citizenship.
Our country is starting up a new Nazi party in the name of Jesus.

They won't. Simply post a no religious soliciting sign and I can almost guarantee they'll respectfully pass you by. Always works around here. You can also ask them to place you on a list of houses to be avoided and they'll log it with their church.

Don't forget Mormons. They do that this as well. They really don't know the Meaning Of letting Jesus in after knocking. They believe what they see in this world. Not spiritual
Proselytizing anything bothers me. 😤
@PhoenixPhail that’s fair.
