I'm finding it interesting that in the show Stranger Things that there is

No prayer in the midst of dealing with the supernatural. Only psychic energy. I guess we really have given up on God. In light of all that's going on in the world, if the God of the prophets does exist, it most certainly has abandoned us. Or, at least it seems that way. So we have abandoned all faith in God(s).
