People from different cultures label their experiences according to their culture. Someone from a Christian upbringing would say that God or Jesus was talking to them. A Jew would say it was Jehovah. A Muslim would say it was Allah or Muhammad. A New Ager would say it was their greater self or their spirit guide and a scientist would just say that it was their intuition.. all of these interpretation from the same experience..
