Why do you spoil the beauty of this interpretation by quoting Revelations?

Those verses seem nasty, bullying and threatening and a bad dream or nightmare!

It's called LOVE.. To give warning to people when they are altering the Word of God adding to and taking away from the Word of God... If i was a cold hearted uncaring scumbag i would have just observed and walked away. Like someone who would watch a toddler reach up for the handle of a pot of boiling water on a stove. A scumbag stands back and does nothing while the little one ends up being covered with boiling water... Of course in this case the warning has been thrown back in my face and no sign of repentance is in evidence.. Thats what happens in this world of pride.. But we never know who will respond to the Word of God with a humble heart and who will respond with hate.... declaring the Word of God ''nasty" . "bullying" , threatening and a bad dream or a nightmare....

A truly omnipotent and caring god would not allow little children to suffer.

Such a god would have installed adequate sense of caring and knowledge within the parents or for cooker manufacturers/designer to educate and improve their products.

A far far better example of the failures of your omnipotent, allegedly caring god, is to allow innocent children to suffer cancers and incurable diseases or to be killed, maimed or terrified by war.

Although I am an atheist I would never refer, in any context, to the any god, of any religion as a "cold uncaring scumbag"

What an appalling example you are giving, as an alleged representative of the Christian faith, to write such blasphemies in association with a beautiful poem showing true love of a god that can be understood and respected by those of may beliefs.

A true Christian would I think read the poem as gratitude for help at the time of trouble and not as a tool for promotion of perverted views of Christianity that include blasphemous comment.

People can make up any poem they like in praise of God.. it is good for people to express themselves and speak their own words.. I have no problem with that.. But when they slap a scripture verse onto it giving the false impression that they are quoting scripture then i do have a problem with it and i will stand up for the purity of scripture and give warning of the curse that is contained in the Bible as a warning to those who do this kind of thing... They can deal with the warning as they deem fit.. and sunnyflower has delt with it with pride not repentance.. So be it, I have done my duty. I have given a warning..

Instead of persecuting a young women why don't you deal with the men from Christian Domestic Discipline. Sunnflower cause to be grateful for her guardian angel helping her escape from a sect based on misuse of texts from the Bible.
