I don't fully agree, this is almost what a Seraphim looks like....
They are perfect and a little higher than us, but fellow servants to us worshipping God alone. The Angels who have fallen from their place in Heaven have already done so 1/3 of them with satan and stand condemned already. The remaining will are with God, some do come to earth like man, in human like form but are Angels with a message to people.
