The Tanakh & basic Midrashim colors the ideals and dogma surrounding Angels a lot differently than what most people get. Every Angel tethered to the earth for trying to take over Shamayim, or some nefarious plot to seize control. The reality is pretty simple…how can you outsmart or be stronger than your dad and mom? Generally there is an idea of human beings having an easier time than what it’s like to live in the pragmatics of the heights, but what an Angel lacks in humility G-d provides in giving them human heart and soul in order to give a celestial being perception. Life no matter if it is in the skies and cosmos, or on Terra is exceedingly difficult. What I have learned over the years is that the most valuable things in all the earth and Shamayim is that G-d provides the good, bad and ugly in order for you to know the way back to yourself.
