Apart from a Harley Davidson motorcycle what else do you need to join the Hells Angels ?

Not exactly Hells Angels, but in the UK a whole troop of motorbike boys would visit a Playground for Special Needs Children every year. The kids loved it, looking at the bikes, and the guys with helmets made themselves at home.
