soaking it in a vinegar based salad dressing all night works good
but my family likes it when I de bone it ,par boil it and cook it on the smoker
coat it good in a cheap BBQ sauce and let it slow cook ,,no flame ,just smoke
3 or 4 hours ,,they eat the plate
turkey cut up like chicken ,,injected with butter and garlic salt ,,
5 hours gage on ideal ,,its moist and again ,,a big hit
