Ecc. Is thought to be about the end of a long life. The grinders being few, a reference to teeth that have fallen out. Those who look out of the window be darkened being the eyes. A the keepers of the house being frail the bones becoming brittle. It's been a while since I've read this so I'm paraphrasing and may be a little off so in essence the entire twelfth chapter is the timeline. Just an explanation I've heard
